DJ Warras shot and killed in Johannesburg CBD, next to Carlton Center amid eviction duty.

South African DJ and media personality Warwick Stock, known as DJ Warras, died in an shooting in Johannesburg CBD next to Carlton Center.

It’s alleged that he was handling security at a building during an eviction of illegal occupants when a vehicle drove by and opened fire. Mr. Stock also had an interest in a security company, supplying VIP protection. Stock’s company was purportedly contracted to provide security for several buildings in the CBD.
