PLANNED POWER SUPPLY INTERRUPTION FOR KEMPTON PARK

The City’s technicians will be carrying out high voltage maintenance work at the Kempton Park substation on Tuesday, 07 October 2025, from 08h00 to 14h00.

The power supply interruption will affect both industrial and residential areas listed below:

• Isando:

Wrench Road; Industry Road; Anvil Road; Diesel Road; Brewery Road; Quality Road; Furnace Street; Barlow Road; Actom Street; Joist Street; Electron Street; and surroundings.

• Rhodesfield: The whole of Rhodesfield area will be affected.

Although the outage is scheduled for the above period, power may be restored earlier provided work is completed sooner.

Customers are urged to treat all electrical networks as live while work is ongoing.

The city apologizes for the inconvenience this may cause.
