4Racing has announced the continuation of its successful partnership with Betway South Africa, a leading sports betting and gaming brand, which will once again see Betway take headline sponsorship of a number of feature races across the 4Racing calendar, including 4Racing’s marquee event, the Betway Summer Cup at Turffontein on Saturday, 28 November 2026.
