This landmark event, the South Africa Customer Experience Awards ’24 (SACXA), promises to be a highlight of the year for customer experience, marketing, and technology professionals across the region. The theme for this year’s awards is “The Ultimate Customer Experience Accolade in SA.”
A distinguished panel of local and international judges, including industry experts and thought leaders, will evaluate entries based on innovation, creativity, and stakeholder engagement.
