Mrs Nomvano Precious Maduma Mokoto, popularly known as (Mvanakazi), recently hosted a successful fundraising event in preparation for the upcoming awards ceremony scheduled to take place later this month at the Life Restoration Centre Church. The campaign was held at Old Hardware, at the corner of Cetshwayo and Otlega Drive, Mogale City. On Saturday, 01 August 2026.
The atmosphere was filled with praise and worship as church members and stakeholders enjoyed coffee and the success of the fundraising awards ceremony.
The primary objective of the Coffee with Mvanakazi fundraising initiative was to raise funds for an awards ceremony that recognises and honours church leaders, gospel artists, and community leaders who continue to make a positive impact in the West Rand communities. Coffee, scones and biscuits were sold during the event, and attendees responded enthusiastically by supporting the fundraising efforts.

Addressing the audience, the founder of the Mvanakazi Foundation, Mrs Nomvano Precious Maduma Mokoto, encouraged participants with an inspiring message:
“Do not worry about tomorrow. Let tomorrow worry about itself. Do what you can today, for tomorrow may not come”.
She explained that the fundraising is committed to honouring the positive contribution of church leaders, gospel artists, and emerging talents and long-serving industry figures whose dedication continues to inspire and uplift communities.
Pastor Ndumiso Paul Mdaka also emphasised the significance of the fundraising initiative:
“The fundraising event helped the organisation to raise funds in order to achieve their goal of honouring and recognising gospel artists, community leaders and pastors. Funds go directly for organising the event and prizes for winners in the various categories.”
Participants were immense in the spirit of worship and praise while enjoying coffee with biscuits and fellowship, making the atmosphere both spiritually uplifting and successful in raising funds for the upcoming celebration of community excellence.
